Vegan Jalapeño Corn Dogs

I had the pleasure of cooking on Global News this morning! The segment was Calgary Stampede themed, so naturally I thought about my favourite carnival food, the one and only corn dog. I felt bad for those with dietary restrictions who are missing out on this treat, so I decided to make a vegan version. Typical corn dog batters have dairy and eggs in them, so even if you aren't vegan, but are lactose intolerant or have an egg allergy, you can use regular hotdogs in place of veggie dogs and you can enjoy these also!
