3 Quick & Easy Breakfast Smoothies
Sometimes you need a quick, easy, healthy breakfast on the go. Nothing’s better than a smoothie since you can keep most of the ingredients in the freezer. Enter these 3 smoothie recipes all using 6 ingredients or less. If you are wanting an extra kick of protein to fill you up feel free to add a scoop of your favourite protein powder!

INGREDIENTS
Get Your Greens Smoothie
1 cup frozen peach slices
1 frozen banana, sliced
1 cup chopped kale (fresh or frozen)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tsp. honey
Tropical Sunrise Smoothie
1 cup frozen mango slices
1 cup frozen pineapple slices
1 frozen banana, sliced
1.5 cups coconut milk*
1 sprig of fresh mint leaves
Berry Ginger Blast Smoothie
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 (1-inch) piece of ginger, peeled
1.5 cup unsweetened coconut milk*
2 tsp. honey
*I used coconut milk from the carton for a lighter smoothie, but if you only have canned coconut milk it will work too!
DIRECTIONS
Whichever variation you choose, toss all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and drink up!
