Chili Garlic Edamame Beans

INGREDIENTS
450g edamame beans (in their pod)
1 tablespoon sambal oelek
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
Juice of ½ a lime
¼ teaspoon sesame oil
Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Place edamame beans in pot and cook for 5 minutes. While the beans are cooking whisk all remaining ingredients together in a large bowl. Strain the edamame beans, and toss with the dressing to coat. Season with additional salt if needed.
