This salad is so refreshing and light. Feel free to get creative with the herbs on this one – I would just recommend to keep the fresh mint!
Read MoreThis is my take on a classic Chinese takeout menu item. Since I’m making it at home I’m taking advantage of throwing in a whole lot of vegetables to make it a well-rounded meal. Don’t skip on the nori rice! The umami flavour is incredible. This dish is naturally gluten and dairy free
Read MoreI thought, why not make my own ice cream mochi at home and customize the flavours? I love strawberries, but instead of using strawberry ice cream I thought I would put freeze-dried strawberries right in the mochi dough.
Read MoreThese are unreal! The sweetness of the honey and the saltiness of the miso are a match made in heaven. These take a little while to cook to ensure that they are fall-off-the-bone tender but they are really easy! 100% worth the wait.
