Gingerbread Man-hattan
This is a spin on a classic Manhattan cocktail, using gingerbread whisky. You can buy it online if you can’t find it at your local liquor store but for all of you Calgary based people, I found Spicebox Gingerbread Whisky at Rocky Mountain Liquor Store. I omitted the cherries from this drink since the gingerbread whiskey brings some added sweetness as is but it’s up to you! Feeling pretty clever with the name of this drink…

INGREDIENTS
2oz gingerbread whisky
1oz sweet vermouth
2 dashes bitters
Ice
DIRECTIONS
Place ice in a cocktail shaker and pour all ingredients over top. Stir for a minute or two until well chilled.
Strain and serve in your favourite glass.
