Spicy Louisiana Shrimp
This is a great weeknight meal that can be on the table in 15 minutes! It packs some serious flavour and heat. I recommend to eat this over some rice or to get a nice crusty loaf of bread to soak up the extra sauce. Simple, healthy and delicious!

INGREDIENTS
1lb tiger shrimp, peeled, deveined, tail on
1 tbsp. smoked paprika
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. cumin
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cracked black pepper
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. olive oil (or unsalted butter if you're not dairy free)
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. Worcestershire
2 tbsp. water
Juice of ½ a lemon, plus lemon wedges for garnish
3 green onions, thinly sliced
DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl mix together, smoked paprika, chilli powder, cumin, brown sugar, pepper, oregano and salt. Add in shrimp and toss to coat.
Heat oil over medium heat in a large fry pan. Add in garlic and sauté until fragrant, 1-2 minutes. Add in shrimp, Worcestershire, water and lemon juice and stir. Cook until shrimp are opaque, approximately 4 minutes total, flipping shrimp halfway through cooking time. Garnish with green onion and lemon wedges. Enjoy!
